Account deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions on the Apple App Store or Google Play; you must cancel them in the corresponding store.
Options to request deletion
- From the app — Go to Settings / Account → Delete account. If you registered with email and password, password confirmation is required.
- From the web — Use the deletion form. You will receive a confirmation link by email (valid for 24 hours).
- By email — Write to us at support@oneiric-diary.com from your account email address.
Grace period (14 days)
After requesting deletion, your account enters a pending state for 14 calendar days. You can sign in and cancel deletion from the app during this period. After the grace period, data is permanently deleted.
What is deleted
- User profile, dreams, and personal content
- NLP analysis (emotions, entities, processed words)
- Statistics and word clouds
- Session and device tokens (push notifications)
What may be retained
- Deletion audit logs (security and compliance)
- Previous support requests
- Subscription and billing records (legal obligations)
- Residual copies in encrypted backups for a limited period
